The process
All applications will be evaluated, and selected candidates will be invited for one or several job interviews.
After the interview, we may obtain references from your former employer prior to our final decision, after which you receive immediate notification.

PRIVACY NOTICE
Privacy policy and terms of use TUNN3LJV attaches particular importance to compliance with data protection laws. Personal data which are stored in our CV database (“database”) are only processed within the scope of this Privacy Policy and are treated as strictly confidential. The stipulations of the regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (“GDPR”) and all other relevant data protection laws are fully complied with. We will not sell or pass on your personal data to third parties. I. Why do we collect data and what is our legal basis for the processing? We would like to make it as easy as possible for you to present yourself as an interested applicant. Therefore, we offer you the possibility of sending us your CV and application via email. Your personal details are stored in our applicant base and we only process data that you provide us with. The legal basis for our processing is to take steps at your request before entering into an employment contract, cf. GDPR art. 6(1)(b).
When you have applied for a particular position, your suitability will be checked first. If the position has been filled or if you have not applied for a particular job, your application will be considered for different posts within the Company. II. What kind of information do we collect? We will only collect the information you provide us with. When you forward us your application and CV, the following data will be stored: a) description of your work experience, skills and education, b) contact information, e.g. your name, your address, phone number and e-mail address, c) you also have the possibility to add electronic-format documents such as cover letters, certificates, application photos, etc., to your application. III. Who has access to the data? The Human Resources Department and the relevant specialized department have access to your CV. Your CV will be shared with the recruiting manager and will after final decision be returned to Human Resources. Your data will not be forwarded to any third parties and will not be transferred to a country outside the European Economic Area. IV. Calling up, processing, updating or deleting your CV data Only our Human Resources Department is able to view, process, update or delete your data. Unless we obtain your consent to keep your personal data for a longer period (e.g. for future job positions), it will be deleted after a period of 6 months.
V. Your rights as a data subject
To create transparency about our processing of your personal data, we will inform you of your rights. Under certain circumstances, you have the right to:
a) Request access to your personal information. This enables you to receive a copy of the personal information we hold about you and to check that we are lawfully processing it.
b) Request correction of the personal information that we hold about you. This enables you to have any incomplete or inaccurate information we hold about you corrected.
c) Request erasure of your personal information. This enables you to ask us to delete or remove personal information e.g. where there is no good reason for us continuing to process it or if we have
relied on your consent as lawful basis for the processing and you withdraw your consent. You may also have the right to ask us to delete or remove your personal information where you have exercised your right to object to processing (see below). We are not always under obligation to accommodate your request, e.g. where we need to retain the information to comply with a legal information or to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
d) Request the restriction of processing of your personal information. This enables you to ask us to suspend the processing of personal information about you, for example if you want us to establish its accuracy or the reason for processing it.
e) Request the transfer of your personal information to you or another party (also known as data portability).
f) Withdraw consent: If you have given your consent to our processing of your information you have the right to withdraw such consent.
g) Lodge a complaint: You have the right to lodge a complaint with the local data protection authority, if you believe or suspect that we process your personal data in an unlawful manner. In Denmark, the local data protection authority is Datatilsynet (www.datatilsynet.dk). You may send a complaint via e-mail to dt@datatilsynet.dk.
VI. Terms of use 1. File attachments Please make sure you do not send us any file attachments infected with viruses or worms. Please also take care not to send us any information of file attachments that include certain types of personal data, in particular information about ethnic origin, political opinion, religious or philosophical beliefs, trade union membership, health and sexual orientation. The information you send us has to be true, must not violate any copyrights, trademark rights or other intellectual property rights, press law, general third-party rights or ethical principles (“illegal contents”). Please also note that you will hold us harmless from any and all claims arising for us due to file attachments which contain illegal contents and have been transmitted to us by you. VII. Changes to this statement We may update this statement at any time, and we will provide you with a new statement when we make any substantial updates during the recruitment process.
